Дом купчихи Евгении Александровны Ульевой с лавками. XIX в. В 1912 г. половина здания у гостиницы "Эрмитаж" принадлежала Коровину, а другая половина - Семёнкову. Известное вологжанам здание, как Дом офицеров.
